A succulent gluten – free alternative to regular pizza. Our cauliflower pizza dough is made with only organic and non-GMO ingredients. We use organic cauliflower, organic gluten free flour, and organic cheeses to enhance the flavor and nutritional density of the food.
Created as a snack alternative for those with gluten intolerance, Cauliflower Crust Gluten-Free Pizza is the brainchild of Dr. Elena (an integrative Medicine Doctor and dedicated mom) and Chef Mario (a Culinary Nutritionist and aspiring registered dietitian). They feel that some schools and households were lacking nutritional “fun” lunch options aimed at people with food allergies and intolerance.
Cauliflower has a great number of nutritional properties, as it is high in minerals and vitamins like Potassium, Calcium, Vitamins C and B-6, and Fiber.
Ingredients: Organic Cauliflower, Organic Almond Flour, Organic Cheeses (Parmesan and Mozzarella), Organic Arrowrooot, Flax Seed, Organic Parsley.
Sauce: Organic Tomatoes, Organic Onions, Organic Garlic, Organic Anise Seeds, Organic Basil, Organic Olive Oil.
